Here's what's happening during these early weeks! āØ

š¤° Early symptoms may appear: A missed period, breast tenderness, fatigue, mild cramping or frequent urination can be some of the first signs. And yes, having no symptoms can be normal too!
š Folic acid is important: Take 400 mcg of folic acid daily unless your doctor recommends a different dose. Ideally, supplementation starts before conception.

Urine leakage during pregnancy is quite common, especially as your growing uterus puts pressure on your bladder and hormonal changes affect your pelvic floor muscles.
But here's something important: Just because it's common doesn't mean you have to silently live with it! š¤
āØ What can help?
š Pelvic floor exercises: Regular Kegel exercises, performed correctly, can help strengthen the muscles responsible for bladder control.
š§ Stay hydrated: Don't reduce your water intake just to avoid leakage.
š½ Avoid constipation: Straining can put additional pressure on your pelvic floor.
